The Community

La Moussiere is a small traditional farming hamlet attached to St Jean d’Aulps located apx 5km down the valley from Morzine.

The ski station of La Grande Terche is a 3 minute drive up the mountain which has 45km of quiet family friendly pistes.

The large ski area of Porte du Soliel is a 10 minute drive to access the Ardent express which places you in the centre of the main ski area.

A five minute walk will take you across the river and into St Jean where L'Amandier restaurant, Bar National, a choice of Boulangeries, traditional farm fair, ski rental, convenience store & tourist information are located.

In the summer a 15 mile drive following the picturesque river takes you to the shores of Lake Geneva where you can swim in Evian.
